General Terms of Service

Welcome to Monarch Integrated Services. By engaging our Security Guard, Facility Management, Manpower, or Warehouse Management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the operational relationship between Monarch Integrated Services (the "Service Provider") and the contracting business or entity (the "Client").

Monarch Integrated Services operates across India, providing professional deployments in major cities including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Gujarat, Goa, and Delhi. Our services are strictly business-to-business (B2B) and are formulated under customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) tailored to specific corporate, industrial, and quick commerce requirements.

As a Government of India approved agency, we strictly adhere to the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA) and all applicable state labor laws. We maintain absolute transparency regarding the vetting, training, and deployment of our personnel.

Service Deployment & Compliance

We guarantee that all deployed staff, whether armed/unarmed security guards, housekeeping personnel, or warehouse logistics manpower, have undergone rigorous background verification and police clearance prior to deployment at the Client’s premises.

The Client agrees to provide a safe, non-hazardous, and legally compliant working environment for all Monarch deployed personnel. We manage 100% of the statutory obligations for our staff, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), and Professional Tax (PT), fully indemnifying the Client from any principal employer liabilities regarding our deployed workforce.

  • Personnel Rotation: Monarch holds the absolute right to rotate, transfer, or replace deployed personnel to ensure operational efficiency and prevent familiarization risks at security posts.
  • Scope of Work: The duties of the deployed staff are strictly limited to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) mutually agreed upon in the SLA. Guards and staff cannot be reassigned to personal or out-of-scope duties without written consent.
  • Billing & Payments: Invoices are generated at the end of each calendar month. Payments must be cleared within the agreed credit period (typically 15-30 days). Late payments may attract penal interest as per the contract.
  • Liability Limit: While Monarch Integrated Services takes utmost care in training and supervision, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen incidents beyond normal operational control.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding operational protocols, security layouts, and internal corporate data.

For detailed SLA metrics, cancellation policies, or to review our complete indemnification clauses, please refer to the specific Service Contract executed during your onboarding process. Monarch Integrated Services reserves the right to amend these general terms, with written notice provided to all active clients 30 days prior to enforcement.
